Let’s get your questions answered
What should I do to prepare for our first appointment?
I always offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, called a Discovery Call, to connect and answer any questions you may have. Following our call, you will receive a welcome packet and an invitation to your first appointment. Assessments and follow-up sessions occur virtually through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, which you can access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
How long can I expect to work with you?
Our relationships with food and body start early in childhood. Over time, those relationships can become more and more complicated or strained. This isn’t a quick fix of creating a meal plan and sending you on your way. Each individual’s journey is going to vary in focus, content, and time spent with health professionals. I ask that you plan to commit at least three months to our work together.
I’m interested in learning more, and I’m not ready to reach out.
